Each senior member of our team has led various Corporate and Property Finance mandates across a range of sectors and geographies.


Scott Carnegie has over 25 years experience of advising on Fundraising and Business Restructuring for Small & Medium Sized Enterprises. During that time, he has also held several Executive Director roles with client companies giving him hands on experience in running businesses in several market sectors. He continues to sit on many Boards in both Executive and Non Executive capacities. In 2006, he founded, and is Chairman of Discovery Investment Fund- an angel group which focuses on start-up and early stage investments. In 2013 he founded and is chairman of London Scottish Investment Partners, an angel group which focuses on helping later stage companies to grow and exit at value.


Stephen joined Quest March 2015 from Johnston Carmichael (Chartered Accountants) where he was Corporate Finance Director. After qualifying with a big 4 firm in the 80’s , worked in industry & commerce in a number of FD roles, culminating in winning the Scottish Finance Director of the year award in 2000. He uses extensive experience to help solve clients corporate finance “problems” whether funding , M&A activity , restructuring etc. He has 2 married daughters off the payroll and a son working for Harper MacLeod. Likes playing golf competitively and watching rugby & football.​

Kevin also has a long established banking career with Shawbrook and Santander. He heads up the debt advisory side of Quest Corporate looking to find solutions for clients from the many sources of debt funding now available. Kevin also works closely with the other Quest Directors where debt and equity funding need to be aligned.


Graham has over 35 years of professional experience. After a distinguished banking career where he won a number of Outstanding Achievement Awards, he established Tiger Advisers, an award winning Corporate Finance Advisory boutique. Graham has a long standing, multi-sector funding pedigree utilising both equity and debt, together with an enviable business network. He works closely with owner-managers of SME businesses assisting with business development, strategy and funding across a broad range of sectors.

An experienced corporate finance professional who, prior to joining Quest, worked in various roles for a number of UK based Corporate Finance boutiques that transacted globally. Jason provides bespoke end-to-end solutions across a range of transaction types including fundraising, M&A, disposal and general advisory mandates for businesses in the UK and across international markets. Jason has broad experience in client and investor relationship management and development of investment packs, including the preparation of critical marketing collateral and financial models.

Cameron graduated in 2020 from The University of Edinburgh with a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance. Following university, he joined global insurer, American International Group (AIG), working as a financial lines underwriter, specialising in financial and commercial institutions. He then joined M&G, in the finance department, working across both the Investment Accounting Oversight and PAC Accounting teams during his tenure. He is a part qualified ICAS accountant. Cameron is a keen golfer and likes watching football.
