As required, we are delighted to assist with business valuation, financing strategy, the structuring of any funding proposal, preparing any necessary Information Memorandum or financing marketing documents and forecasts. We will take responsibility for managing the whole fundraising process including:-

In response to market demand and to compliment our equity advisory services, we have established a debt advisory team within Quest Corporate and are delighted to have secured the services of a number of extremely experienced individuals, including former senior bankers and debt finance specialists with, in particular, significant property financing expertise.
Restructuring and Capital Mediation
By restructuring we mean the re-alignment of a business with its environment, enabling it to address new market conditions. We understand that restructuring has negative connotations, but do not believe that this is necessarily the case in the real world. The fact that a business is capable of being restructured can be a positive sign. Often a business will need help with the restructuring process and it can be useful to have an experienced third party to assist in the delivery of a successful restructuring.

Strategic Review
We work closely with the Board and management to understand the options available to the business and the opportunity, cost and risks involved in each. The output of the review is normally a report and recommendations with a costed and timetabled plan setting out the roadmap for the Board.
Interim Support
Growth often involves the need for hands on, experienced financial support services which we are happy to provide. All of the Quest Corporate Directors have Board level experience of running a company’s finances. We are able to provide interim financial controller / director support as and when required.
